With an MBA focused on Finance and experience at IBM and TikTok, she has led cross-functional projects in Trust & Safety, Responsible AI, and product policy. Highly analytical and comfortable with ambiguity, Laura excels at transforming data into action and getting things done across borders and time zones.

Anja – Co-Founder

Anja brings strategic clarity and contextual insight shaped by over 10 years across consulting, media, and insurance. She has extensive experience navigating stakeholder-heavy environments and building trust across cultures and sectors. With a background in International Development and Economics, she brings clarity, big-picture thinking, and a calm, structured approach to chaos, combined with strong on-the-ground execution capabilities.
